Shipping Policy
Purchasing guns online is perfectly legal as long as the proper procedures are followed. In order for a firearm to be shipped from our store, with the exception of muzzleloaders, we must receive a valid copy of the receiving dealer's FFL. The firearm will then be shipped to that dealer where the person purchasing the firearm will have to go through the necessary paperwork and background check before ownership of the gun is transferred to them. Return Policy
Due to our commitment to superior customer service, Marty's Sporting Goods will receive returns on any products ordered through MartysSportingGoods.com for a refund of the purchase price.
Special Note on New and Used Gun Returns
Those purchasing either New or Used guns on this site will be granted a 3 day "look-over" of the purchased gun. At which time they may ship the gun back to us at their own expense for a refund of the purchase price.
